The ask was to develop a "Playbook" and a "Toolkit" for APLA regions (Asia, Pacific and Latin America) to support Nike promotions via various channels in a Nike premium way.
The Promo Playbook became a guide for all digital touch-points and supported both the “Local Holiday Moments” and “Nike-Initiated Promo Moments” with various photography approaches for each region. The toolkit was built in Figma with comprehensive layouts, and various combinations of colors and patterns in user-friendly components.
The "Local Holiday Moments", and "Nike-Initiated Promo Moments" contain common design elements that connect them to a consistent design family. The "Local Holiday Moments" have their unique geometric shapes, pattern and color palettes that symbolize and reflect moments from each cultural background. The “Nike-Initiated Promo Moments" are designed leveraging a modular approach to ensure quick read and reaction.
As per Nike's additional ask, the toolkit is built in user-friendly Figma components allowing marketers or beginner-level Figma users to launch the promotion instantly to suit their reality. This made possible through a large production effort.
