The intergenerational mentorship program takes place monthly for thousands of Critical Mass creative agency employees. Starting with a conceptualized monthly magazine, art direction, visual language, and team collaboration were put forward to create unique issues over a 9-month period on how to bridge generational gaps in the workplace.
